Compensation Plan Approved

The San Benito CISD Board of Trustees has approved the 2024-2025 Employee Compensation Plan.
The highlights of the plan include:
 
- A $1,200 pay increase for current district teachers.
 
- $53,000 per year is the starting salary for all new teachers.
 
- A 2% pay raise from the pay grade mid-point for all paraprofessional, clerical/technical, and auxiliary staff.
 
- Please Note: Those employees that currently receive an hourly rate above their pay grade maximum will not receive a 2% pay raise.
