My belief is that learning doesn’t just have to happen in the classroom. If students are provided the right tools and love of learning, it can and will happen anywhere,” Ybarra explains.
Ybarra holds a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Brownsville. She has a total of 7 years of teaching experience and currently teaches Science.
Ybarra is pictured alongside Superintendent of Schools Dr. Nate Carman during this year’s TOTY luncheon where she was honored along with districtwide campus honorees. She will now represent San Benito Schools in the Region One Education Service Center Elementary TOTY competition.
