As we celebrate the season of Thanksgiving for the blessings in our personal and professional lives, we want to offer special recognition to our Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Department staff and the incredible group of parent and community volunteers.

Thursday, November 21st, 2024, schools and communities nationwide celebrate the National Parental Involvement Day.

At San Benito CISD, the engagement of parents and community volunteers has been an ongoing component for over 30 years through the services of the former Parent Involvement Department and now the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Department. Over 200 dedicated volunteers contribute over 10,000 hours of in-kind service annually to our students, staff, and community; their noble service has positively impacted them.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, Superintendent Fred Perez, the Superintendent's Leadership Team, and the entire district staff, THANK YOU to the FACE staff and volunteers for all you do at San Benito CISD.
